SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
All DUMARKIN products are print-on-demand and made to order. This means each item is produced specifically for you after purchase.
Please note that colors, textures, and sizes may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order with DUMARKIN, you are making an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are processed only after successful payment.
Because all items are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.
Please review your size, address, and order details carefully before confirming.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact dumarkin106@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement if verified.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time without notice.
Taxes, shipping, and handling fees may apply depending on your location.
You agree to provide valid, up-to-date payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases made.
We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or credit card provider.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are produced and shipped directly from our print partners once your order is confirmed.
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders placed with an international address will be automatically canceled.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and are only estimates — we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.

All designs, content, text, images, logos, and trademarks displayed on our website are the intellectual property of DUMARKIN and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website or its content without our written permission.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products to you.
We may also use other third-party service providers (e.g., print partners LIKE PRINTFUL or shipping carriers) to fulfill orders.
DUMARKIN is not responsible for the policies, actions, or errors of these third parties.
SECTION 8 – NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES
All sales are final due to our made-to-order production process.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Replacements will only be issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number).
SECTION 9 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DUMARKIN, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages after handoff to the carrier, or misuse of our products.

You agree that DUMARKIN is not responsible for any problems, costs, or claims that happen because of your actions or misuse of our website or products. If your actions cause any legal issues or expenses for us, you’ll be responsible for covering those costs.
